The process, purpose and protocol of multimedia production are specialties of Bigsly Enterprises. Our foundation was built from two decades on the front lines, in the back room, and at the heart of middle management. We have experience in broadcast, training, product demos, biographies, feel-good, tough-love, educational, sizzle, sports, corporate, marketing and pure fun.
Bigsly Enterprises has a rich background collaborating with the Southern California production community. Now, as a new venture on its own footing, we look forward to working with you.

OWNER

Bob Sly has worked in television and video production since 1981. A versatile talent, his insight extends to virtually every aspect of the business. With an extensive background in editing, writing and directing, Mr. Sly has gained tremendous expertise in creating, managing and executing the delivery of episodic television and long-format corporate projects.

Bob’s first foray into television came as a broadcaster in college. During a lengthy career as a free lancer, he worked in nearly every position on a production crew.

Between television assignments throughout the 1990’s – including programming on ESPN, HBO, network affiliates, and Regional Sports Networks – Mr. Sly produced, directed and edited numerous corporate and commercial projects, including award-winning efforts for Qualcomm, UCLA, General Instrument, Olhausen Billiards, Hewlett-Packard, Cobra Golf, The Reuben H. Fleet Space Theater, and Anthony Robbins Companies.

From 1998 through 2004, he was the Supervising Producer and Feature Writer for a national television program for DIRECTV.

His feature writing included personal and professional biographies; in-depth analysis of the strategy, psychology and ever-changing landscape of professional and collegiate sports; and creative, investigative and entertaining opinion-editorial pieces with an outside-the-box slant. With Bob’s supervision and direction, the show underwent a dramatic transformation. He was an invaluable asset in the day-to-day operations, evolution of the show format, and generation of creative content.

Mr. Sly continues to bring energy, creativity and expertise to his endeavors. By generating ideas that work and nurturing their progress, his intimate knowledge of multimedia production makes him a valuable asset to any project.
